Charles River, Natick, MA, 7/30/2016

We parked and put in at the small dirt canoe launch on Eliot Street, with free parking for a few cars, just east of Justin Road in Natick.

This section of the Charles, between Route 109 and the South Natick Dam, is considered the most beautiful.

Take out to the right, just upstream of the dam. There tall pines provide shade for the picnic area.

Bordering both sides of the dam, Grove Park is a public, catch and release area.
