Tropical Storm Arthur Offshore while Fishing at Ashland Reservoir, 7/4/2014

I have come to like fishing in the rain very much, when the weather is warm. With the appropriate rain gear and flips flops it is quite enjoyable. When the thunder started, however, I left. More people were there than expected, some even in kayaks.
