This Massachusetts Audobon property allows fishing because of the
Great Pond Law. It is very isolated and therefore has very low fishing pressure. The bite is active here for bass and large pickerel. Cast around pads with a
Super Fluke or a
Swim Senko, and use 1 foot of
Seaguar 20 pound flourocarbon leader.
There is parking for a few cars and a trail to the pond.
You'll need a canoe or kayak because shore fishing is not good. Be prepared to carry a canoe or kayak some distance or use a
canoe cart.
